Some people are just too in love with their pets, and that includes cats. So the other day I encountered yet another fine example of customer service (or the sever lack thereof!) in Uruguay. I wanted to watch the NBA conference finals so I went looking for any one of the many bars with multiple big screen tvs to ask if they could play the game whilst I ate dinner with a friend.
