Well, Tom Graves, is throwing strikes here! He has a complaint on the concept of entreprise software, regarding Enterprise 2.0. He says something that is by all means obvious, enterprises are run and managed by people and the essential life source of an institution is the relationship between its people, not between its softwares. This is an excellent portrayal of "people business", the human side of McGregor´s philosophy. Tom is great at warning us about where we should be going, and what the consequences are of missing the bus.
