I recently ordered something from a company using their 1 800 number. I ordered the product right before Christmas in hopes I would get it before Christmas day and have it wrapped and under the tree. Now I knew that since I ordered so close to the holiday, I might not get it in time. Which was fine. The customer service rep said it would arrive on the 23rd and I should keep tracking my order.
It did not arrive before Christmas, understandable. Now the next thing for me to do was to wait a couple days and it will be here. It still hasn't arrived. I went to the company's website and used the track my order feature. They can't track it. So I called the number again and they found it and gave me a different tracking number. I went to the website for Fed Ex, they said thats who they ship through, and Fed Ex told me they didn't have anything with that tracking number. So I called Fed Ex and they were able to find the number. They told me they handed it off to USPS, call them.
So I called them. Nothing. I cannot find information on my package at all! It just frustrates me so bad that they say you can track your order but when you try you have to make a million calls just to find out that you can't track anything!
